are there any stores in montreal where i can buy dry cooking ingredients that aren't packaged?

i'm thinking something along the lines of bulk barn in ontario. they have spices and pasta and gummy bears in bins, you scoop some in to a bag, and it's cheaper than buying an actual package.

 I was wondering if anyone knew where I might be able to find a good vegan multivitamin and vegan protein powder (preferably not soy)? Also, can anyone give me some recommendations for grocery stores that have a good selection of affordable vegan/vegetarian products in general?
